First Haircut

You may note the highly receded hairline in this picture and wonder "Why does this little lad need a haircut?"

But closer examination will reveal the rattail extensions protruding over the baby's ears.

Lori sneaks up from behind with the scissors. This hairdresser extraordinaire was instrumental in teaching him to hold his own bottle, but how will she handle coaxing him into his first haircut?

Hmmm...so far so good....

In fact, I think he actually likes it...

His "after" shot. The new air of sophistication and savoir faire about him is undeniable.

What, no comments on this traumatic occasion?

It is either a well trained stylist who can keep this child from slobbering and whaling while mashing down his ear with a piece of cold wet steel placed right against his head and the reverberating sound of the two blades slicing together..... or simply, a very delightful child with energetic enthusiasm regarding life in general and oblivious that a sharp pointed object is aimed directly at his head, that can maintain his composure. A stylist's rare delight!

Ok, tell the truth. This is not a real baby but a little person with a real dental problem. Am i right?

Way too cute! This little man is destined for extraordinary encounters. He likes to get his hair cut and his mother, well she is likely to push him into arenas too advanced for his capabilities but he won't know it and will thus succeed beyond anyone's expectations.

Hey, guess what I was able to finally access my dashboard. How, you might ask? Well my computer at home remembered my password and sign in name for the old account and I paid better attention to the instructions. I have not yet updated my blog but I believe that other than the effort involved to post new photos I am going to be able to get there now.

My first task will be to download each blog entry in html to a memory stick so when the blogosphere locks me out again I will just thumb my nose at the password/username gaurdians and proceed to yet another bolg service that I expect to be impeccable , for free.
